But Joe Jackson isn't convinced

The family patriarch recently launched a bid for a share of the King of Pop's fortune after he was excluded from the list of beneficiaries.

Jackson has now filed legal papers calling for estate executors John Branca and John McClain to be disqualified, alleging game machines they hid a mistake in the singer's 2002 will from the courts.

The estate was recently hit by claims of a possible forgery in the document, which was signed and dated "July 7th, 2002 at 5:00 pm, Los AngelesĄ± - after pictures emerged of Jackson in New York on the day he reportedly put pen to paper in California.

Attorneys for Branca and McClain subsequently insisted the will witnesses have confirmed Jackson himself signed the paperwork.

But Joe Jackson isn't convinced - his lawyer, Brian Oxman, tells CNN, "The executors have an obligation to tell the freshwater pearl court the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But for four months they've been silent as to where this will was signed. They are concealing this from the court and you cannot do that."

The petition lists 11 grounds on which Jackson believes the pair should be dismissed as executors, accusing Branca of several conflicts of interest concerning his involvement in the estate.

But Branca and McClain have hit back at Jackson's legal challenge. Their lawyer, Howard Weitzman, tells TMZ.com, "These claims filed by Joe Jackson are so outrageous that they don't freshwater pearl deserve any response. John Branca and John McClain, who were designated by Michael Jackson in his will as executors of his estate, will continue carrying out Michael's wishes for the benefit of his mother, his children and charities.

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker sued IPC Media for libel over an article published in Now magazine in July (09) following his split from wife Katie Price.

The report made false accusations about two accidents suffered by Price's severely disabled son Harvey, and freshwater pearl made untrue references to the former couple's sex life.

The star's solicitor, Gordon Williams, told the court, "Mr Andre was also said to have demanded sick sexual threesomes from his wife, which horrified her and which she did not enjoy, feeling used and like a sex doll. As a result, Mr Andre was said to be lying in portraying himself as a loving father and husband."

The star, who has a son leisure chairsand a daughter with Price, accepted undisclosed damages at London's High Court on Tuesday (10Nov09).

Speaking after the hearing, he said: "I take my responsibilities very seriously. I would never do anything to pearl necklace hurt my children, whom I love very much."

The Umbrella hitmaker was handed the honour at the star-studded ceremony following a tough year which saw her beaten at the hands of her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown in February (09). Rihanna recently spoke out about her experience, insisting young women should be better protected from the threat of domestic violence.

The singer's efforts to help naughty castles others were recognised at the Glamour magazine event at Carnegie Hall, with supermodel Iman paying tribute to Rihanna as she handed her the prestigious award.

Iman told the crowd, "This year, we saw a different face of Rihanna. She's an indelible image of worldly pain and now, more than ever, I am more than impressed with her honesty and courage... She has taken her own scars and used them to create a new story of strength and awareness."

Rihanna dedicated the award to the strong female role models in her family, telling the audience: "I love being a part of a night where we're celebrating women and such strong women.

"I really look up to my gran-gran freshwater pearl jewelry and my mom. They are my two women of the year. I love you very much, granny. I love you very much, mom. Comic Amy Poehler, poet Maya Angelou, and tennis ace Serena Williams were also among the night's leisure chairs honorees.
